GardenCalc is a small set of free tools for working out how much sod, soil and other landscaping material a project needs. Each calculator shows the formula it uses and the assumptions behind it, so you can check the numbers yourself.
How we write the calculators
- We test each tool against worked examples that you can follow by hand.
- Typical sizes, weights and prices are labelled as typical. Suppliers differ, so we ask you to confirm with yours.
- Calculators are free and need no account. The site is supported by advertising.
